To provide and maintain EstateLens, generate the videos you request, secure your account, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run EstateLens (for example, hosting and infrastructure), and only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

You retain ownership of the photos, listing details, and brand assets you upload. You grant EstateLens the limited licence needed to process those inputs and generate the videos you request.
Acceptable use
You agree to use EstateLens only for lawful purposes, to upload only content you have the rights to use, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
Intellectual property
EstateLens, including its software, design, and branding, remains the property of EstateLens and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or technology beyond using the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateLens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of EstateLens means you accept the revised terms.
